New Orleans as a Laboratory for Energy Democracy
December 10–11, 2026 · New Orleans
Join us to build the energy transition from the bottom up.
On Friday, December 11, we'll begin with the grand opening of Sisters Community Solar, Louisiana's first community solar farm, alongside the New Orleans community that made it possible. We'll then gather at the New Orleans Lakefront Airport for a day of conversation about what New Orleans is learning from community-led energy reform — and what it will take to carry that work to a larger scale.
Optional events begin Thursday afternoon, including a Community Lighthouse site visit and welcome dinner.
Please register by November 13.
