Stop “Double Digging”: Coordinate projects across Public Works, Sewerage & Water and utilities — so streets aren’t torn up twice.

Local Projects = Local Jobs: Require all City & utility projects to hire local workers, train apprentices & pay prevailing wages.

Pass the Neighborhood Power Plan: Put solar + batteries on 1,800 homes and 250 community sites to keep the lights on in outages and provide power to the grid power when it needs it.
